The School will insist on strict punctuality regular school attendance, cleanliness in dress, general grooming and fidelity to study and work assignment. Absence from school for merely social function will be strongly discouraged.

  • Students should arrives at the school 15 minutes before the first bell.
  • The warning bell is a signal for all to go to the assembly, after Assembly, they should go the classrooms, between periods must be done in silence.
  • All Boys/Girls must be clean and neatly dressed and appear in the school uniform according to the season.
  • Low waist Paints, Tapered pants, funk hair style are strictly urbare prohibited which may lead to expulsion.
  • Student are forbidden of bullying and ragging that is physical intimidation or attacks, verbal abuse, unwanted attention and advance, damaging property or it can be indirect (e.g. through spreading malicious rumours) which may result in suspension/ cancellation of result imposition of fine expulsion/restrcition from the school.
  • The School Diary should be brought to school daily, It Should be used to note down the daily lesson. homework and other instructions given by teachers, Any Student tampering with one's school dairy or another's will have to face disciplinary action. A student who loses the dairy or defaces it will be subject to disciplinary action. A Fine of Rs. 300/- will be levied and a new diary will have to be levied and a new diary will have to be purchased with necessary remarks about the loss in it.
  • Care must be taken for school property therefore, the students must not scratch or spoil the desks, write with chalk or pencil on the walls or in any way damage what belong to others, Damage done or noticed should be reported at once. Even if it is caused by accident, the damage has to be made good. conduct that is injurious to the moral tone of the school or incompatible with discipline is liable to bring dismissal.
  • When Student move along the corridors, or when they go up or come down the stairs, as when changing class or during the recess they must walk in perfect silence and in single and in single file, They should always keep to the left except when several classes are moving along the corridor or are going up or coming down the stairs.
  • Students should take an honest pride in keeping the school premises clean, Great care must be taken not to litter the compound and roads with lunch scarps, fruit peels, scarp paper, sweet -wrappers, polythene bags etc. They should use the bins specially provided for the purpose.
  • No Students is allowed to remain in the classroom or in the corridors during recess or P.T. periods, Once you are on the ground nobody may return to the classroom without special permission of the Vice-Principal, Class Teacher and accompanied by the monitor.
  • Books (other than text or library books), magazines or papers or any other object liable to prove a source of disturbance for the smooth running of the school, such as transistors, cameras, Mobile etc, should not be brought to school without the prior permission of the principal or the Vice-Principal.
  • Money should neither be lent not borrowed or articles exchange the school is not responsible for the goods or money lost. it is not advisable to bring valuable (like gold ornaments, expensive watches or fountain pens etc.) to school.
  • Student who come to school in the care of the servants should never leave before the servants arrive to take them home, those who go home alone, particularly those who stay for evening games, should not loiter on the way but be prompt in returning home.
  • Cycles must be locked in the cycle shed and never left standing about the grounds or verandahs. on the way to and from school, students must behave decently. They must remember that the student is judged by their conduct. Any reported or observed objectionable conduct of school on the part of the students shall be liable for disciplinary action.
  • Students must attend physical education, games and other activities outside the school hours when required to do so participation on such occasions will be deemed compulsory by the school authorities since games and athletics play an important part in the student's all-round development. Our students are not permitted to join outside clubs without the Principal's permission. The school has first claim on them.
  • No students may leave the school premises either alone or with a parent/guardian during school hours without the written permission of the principal or vice-principal. Teaslo Jaqia
  • Students who expect to return late to their homes are responsible for informing their homes are responsible for informing their parents about it in advance, especially when they have to play a match.
  • No one who is absent on the previous day from school, or is late for the first period, will be admitted to class without the permission of the principal or the vice-prinipal/vice principal by a parent/ Guardian. It should also be noted in the diary in the appropriate place.
  • Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence of more than 10 Days renders the student liable to be struck off the names from the register.No leave of absence is granted except on previous written application from parents/guardians and then only for very serious reasons. For leave of absence for more than 3 days due to illness, a letter or application along with medical certificate must also be sent. Absence without leave inevitably invites disciplinary action at the discretion of the Principal.
  • All are expected to attend school on the re-opening day after each vacation period. Absence without previous leave (mere information will not suffice) render the students liable to be struck off the names from the register or to be fined.
  • Students who have been sent away from the school or have been struck off the names from the register are as a rule not re-admitted. If re-admitted they will have to pay the admission fee again.
  • A minimum of 75% attendance of the working days is a must for being eligible for promotion.
  • Promotion of students from one standard to another will be made at the end of the school year on the basis of the years record of work along with the average of the exams held during the whole year. Regular attendance and steady work, therefore will be condition for promotion.
  • The results declared at the end of the year are final and cannot be reconsidered.
